关于棋类教学促进中学生德育的研究——以西安交通大学附中为例

The Research on the Facilitation of Chess Teaching to the Moral Education on Middle School Students——Taking the High School Affiliated to Xi'an Jiaotong University as an Example

棋类运动是集竞技、教育、科学、艺术、娱乐等五大功能于一体的一项运动,被称为"智慧的体操"、"人类智慧的磨刀石"。将棋类运动纳入学校教学体系中,不仅可以开发学生的智力,还可以陶冶他们的情操,提高他们的道德素养。西安交通大学附属中学在这方面做了许多有益的尝试,就棋类教学对中学生德育的促进进行了深入的研究。

The chess game integrates five functions of athletics, education, science, arts and entertainment, which is called ＂the gymnastics of intelligence＂ and ＂the accelerator of human intelli- gence＂. Incorporating the chess game into the school＇s teaching system can not only develop the studentK intelligence, but cultivate their temperament and improve their moral quality as well. The High School Affiliated to Xi＇an Jiaotong University has made quite a few attempts in this aspect and has conducted a deep study on the facilitation of chess teaching to moral education on middle school students.
