健康体检人员13241例乙型肝炎病毒五项标志物检测及感染模式分析

Hepatitis B virus detection and infection pattern analysis of 13241 health examination population

目的了解温州地区健康体检人群乙型肝炎病毒感染状况及感染模式。方法选择进行健康体检的人员13 241例,酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)进行乙型肝炎病毒五项血清标志物检测。结果 13 241例体检人员中HBsAg阳性率7.58%,男性HBsAg阳性率9.42%,显著高于女性的6.22%;组合分析发现19种感染模式,常见模式10种,占99.56%,罕见模式9种,占0.44%。主要模式为全阴性和HBsAb阳性模式,占体检人群的76.61%。结论温州地区男性的HBV携带率高于女性,感染模式呈多样化。

Objective To investigate Hepatitis B virus （HBV）epidemic status and infection mode in health examination population in Wenzhou area. Methods From June to December in 2010, 13241 people who had their health examination in medical examination center were taken into the study. All the subjects were routinely screened for HBV in the serum via enzyme immunoassay. Results Among 13241 health examination people,HBsAg seroposirive rate were 7.58%, and that of the male were 9.42%, significantly higher than that of female （ P 〈 0.01 ）. After combinatory analysis, 19 infection, 10 common and 9 rare patterns were found. Conclusion The prevalence of HBV varies largely in Wenzhou, the proportion of chronic HBV carriers in male were higher than that in female. Moreover, the infection patterns were diverse.
