老年缺血性心肌病心功能、心率变异性与心率震荡关系的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察老年缺血性心肌病患者心功能、心率变异性与心率震荡之间的关系。方法选择老年缺血性心肌病患者80例,正常健康对照者76例,根据两组患者24 h动态心电图(Holter)资料,计算震荡初始(TO)及震荡斜率(TS),比较两组之间的差别,并分别比较TO、TS与左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、24 h正常窦性心律RR间期的标准差(SDNN)、24 h每5分钟窦性RR间期的标准差的平均值(SDANN)和相邻RR间期之差的均方根值(rMSDD)之间的相关性。结果老年缺血性心肌病组TO明显高于对照组,TS明显低于对照组;老年缺血性心肌病组TO及TS均与LVEF、LVEDD、SDNN、SDANN及rMSDD明显相关。结论老年缺血性心肌病患者室性早搏后的心率震荡现象减弱,与心率变异性指标相关,HRT可做为评价老年缺血性心肌病患者心功能及自主神经功能的指标。
