Slug转录因子在肿瘤侵袭转移中的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 无论是何种组织来源的恶性肿瘤,本质上都表现为细胞失去控制的异常增殖,其发生、发展往往都是多基因、多步骤参与过程,其中刺激细胞增殖的基因(癌基因)活性增加,而抑制增殖的基因(抑癌基因)功能丢失。侵袭和转移不仅是恶性肿瘤基本生物学特性,也是恶性肿瘤的生长和发展中是一个密不可分的交织过程,还是肿瘤复发和转移的过程中关键步骤,也是造成肿瘤患者死亡的主要原因。
