摘要
将1 064纳米脉冲Nd:YAG激光器聚焦于铁条表面产生等离子体.利用10条铁原子谱线做出Boltzmann图并求得等离子体的电子温度是6 474 K,同时利于铁原子谱线382.78纳米的Stark展宽求得等离子体的电子密度是2.7×1017cm-3.基于实验结果证明本实验的铁等离子体满足局部热力学平衡.
A 1064 nm pulsed Nd:YAG is used for the ablation of iron bar in air at atmospheric pressure and the characteristics of the laser-induced iron plasma are studied.The iron plasma temperature(6474 K) is inferred by using the Boltzmann plot method with ten neutral iron lines,while the electron density(2.7 × 1017 cm-3) is obtained from the Stark broadening of the profile of Fe I 382.78 nm.The experimental results show that the laser-induced iron plasma is proved to be in local thermodynamic equilibrium.
