摘要
本文根据吉姆·凯梅尼的租赁住房体制理论,结合中国大力发展保障性住房的情况,对目前中国房地产住房市场宏观调控政策的效果进行分析,提出政府改变住房市场宏观调控思路的建议;针对如广东清远市这样的三、四线城市住房市场发展现状,提出未来三、四线城市住房市场发展思路与管理方法和措施。以为促进我国保障性住房建设目标实现而服务。
For the purpose of achieving public rental housing system, the paper was given some advice to how to improve and perfect macro control ideas of housing market for China government, according to China housing market's current situation and its macro control effects, through Jim Kemeny's rental housing theory; and given some advice to how to develop housing market in underdeveloped cities, according to these housing market ' s current situation.
