摘要
研究目的:探讨近年来山东省新增建设用地的空间分布特征及其演变趋势,以期为有效配置新增建设用地指标提供政策启示。研究方法:空间自相关分析。研究结果:(1)山东省新增建设用地的空间布局总体上呈现较弱的空间集聚格局,新增建设用地与社会经济发展水平之间呈现出显著的正相关关系,而且二者相关程度波动明显,呈"升,降,升"态势;(2)山东省新增建设用地的总体规模不断降低,在空间上也呈现出显著的扩展态势,扩展速度呈现先平稳提高后急剧降低的趋势;(3)山东省新增建设用地的高值集聚中心集中出现在半岛地区,低值孤立点出现在黄河三角洲地区。研究结论:空间自相关指数为新增建设用地空间动态演变的定量分析提供了有力支撑,掌握新增建设用地的时空变化特征有利于推进土地出让工作。
The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of the spatial distribution and evolution trend of the new land for construction in Shandong Province so as to provide policy revelation for the efficient allocation of the new land for construction. Method of spatial autocorrelation analysis is employed. The results indicate that the spatial layout is generally dispersed, at the same time .The correlation between the New Land for Construction in Shandong Province and the economic development is significant, and the relevance fluctuates sig- nificantly. The overall size of the new land for construction is reducing and shows spatial expanding trend, the expansion rate increased steadily first and then decreased severely. The High-value cluster center of New Land for Construction in Shandong Province occurred In Shandong Peninsula, Low outlier occurred in the Yellow River Delta. It is concluded that spatial autocorrelation analysis is good method to achieve quantitative analysis of the spatial variation of New Land for Construction. To grasp the spatial and temporal variations of the New Land for Construction is good to promote the work of the State-owned land use rights granted.
