摘要
管理工作相当重要的一部分是对人的管理,而这主要是通过激励来实现的。如何让员工从"要我做"转变成"我要做"。这与管理者对激励是否有正确的认识和观念,进而对企业制定有效的激励政策、制度、措施密切相关,也是决定企业兴衰的一个重要因素,如何有效地激励员工也就成为企业面临的重要问题。而双因素论的提出对如何有效激励员工提供了值得管理人员高度重视的视角。
How to manage people is very important part of management, which is mainly achieved through incentives. How to make people change their ideas from "I'm made to do it. " into "Ⅰ'Ⅱ do it. " Whether the management has correct incentive knowledge and ideas or not, which is used to improve efecfive policies, systems and measures are closely related, therefore, it is also an important factor for enterprises' success and failure, and how to effectively motivate em- ployecs has become an important problem the business is facing. The Two Factom Theory was put forward on how to effectively motivate employees to provide a worthwhile perspective of management attention.
