Design and Implementation of Single Device for Sending Earthquake Emergency Information

随着地震遥测台网数字化的实现,地震速报结果的发布以及应急救援工作的展开对短信息的依赖越来越大。天津市地震局整合现有的软硬件资源,开发出一套基于MySQL数据库的单一设备短信息发送软件。由于采用该软件,天津市地震局的地震应急信息能够准确、快速、高效的发送到每一位应急人员手中,提高了地震应急多部门的协调能力。

With the digital popularization of telemetry seismic network,the report of earthquake and the start of the emergency rescue depend on sending message even more.The Earthquake Administration of Tianjin integrated the resources of hardware and software,developed a set of software which sends messages with a single device based on the MySQL database.Due to use the software,the message of emergency can be accurately,quickly and efficiently sent to emergency personnel.
