中小学教师自主发展保障机制问题研究

Research in Guarantee Mechanism' Problems of Independent Development about Primary and Secondary School Teachers

教师的自主发展是教师专业发展的核心,也是学校教师发展制度建设追求的最高目标,而保障机制是教师自主发展的重要保证。文章采用问卷法对教师自主发展保障机制的现状进行调查,发现教师自主发展保障机制存在许多亟待解决的问题。从观念、管理模式、实践操作三个方面进行原因分析,提出了相应的改善措施,目的是为了让中小学教师增强自主发展的意识和能力。

Independent development is not only the core of teachers＇ professional development,but also the highest goal of teachers＇ system construction.At the same time,the guarantee mechanism is the important protection to teachers＇ independent development.This paper adopts questionnaire to investigate the guarantee mechanism of teachers＇ independent development,and finds many problems to be solved.It makes cause analysis from three aspects： concept,management mode,and the practice operation.In order to strengthen the teachers＇ consciousness and ability of independent development,it also puts forward the countermeasures.
