着重研究了从开工前期到施工过程中,甲方技术人员怎样与设计、施工、监理人员配合,完成好千头万绪的技术管理工作,将工程顺利推进。
How the Owner＇s technical personnel cooperate with design,construction and supervision personnel from commencement to construction process, how to finish so much technical management work and promote the project smoothly were studied emphatically in this paper.
