摘要
重合闸装置是将因故障跳开后的断路器按需要自动投入的1种自动装置。由于重合闸本身不能判断故障是瞬时性的还是永久性的,所以有时会加剧事故的发展。针对1起6kV线路跳闸后重合闸动作引起事故范围扩大的问题,提出了在每年雷雨季节将6kV出线重合闸装置退出的建议。经过3年的运行效果分析,证明此建议符合电网安全、优质、经济运行的要求。
Reclosing device can switch in automatically due to the need of breaker tripped by fault. As the reclosing device can not determine that the fault is transient, or permanent, the fault can be sometimes enlarged. For the problem of reclosing action after a 6 kV line tripped which enlarged the fault, the suggestion of exiting the 6 kV outlet reclosing device in the annual storm seasons was proposed, and three years of running analysis proved that this proposal is in line with the requirements of network security, high- quality, economic operation.
