摘要
通过开展CO2改善特超稠油开发效果物理模拟研究、CO2腐蚀与防腐蚀研究、蒸汽吞吐井注入CO2相态变化研究,细化了CO2增产机理,确定在现场施工过程中对管道及设备的保护措施,明确了蒸汽吞吐井注入CO2后的相态变化及焖井时间,并进行了现场试验,取得了良好效果,促进了CO2技术在超稠油中的推广应用。
According to the research of the physical modeling of CO2 injection for improving extra-heavy oil development effect,CO2 corrosion and anti-corrosion measures,and phase behavior change for steam huff-puff withinjection of CO2,the production increasing mechanism of CO2 is further studied.Protection measure for pipelinesand equipments in the operation process,phase behavior change and well shut-in time of steam huff-puff with injectionof CO2 are presented.Good effect is obtained in field pilot test,which prompts general application of CO2in the development of extra-heavy oil reservoir.
