大功率超声波近井石蜡沉积处理实验与应用 被引量:2

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY AND APPLICATION OF HIGH POWER ULTRASONIC TREATMENT FOR REMOVAL OF NEAR WELLBORE PARAFFIN PRECIPITATION DAMAGE

摘要 利用自主研制的波场采油动态模拟实验装置和人工岩芯石蜡沉积堵塞样品,开展了超声波解除岩芯石蜡沉积实验研究,评价了超声波解除岩芯石蜡沉积堵塞的整体效果,系统研究了关键的波场参数、工艺参数、储层物性参数对超声波解除石蜡沉积堵塞的影响规律,并将超声波、化学剂、超声波–化学剂复合解堵效果作了对比。实验结果表明:超声波功率、频率、处理时间、岩芯初始渗透率等参数均能影响超声波解堵效果;超声波功率越大、累计处理时间越长,解堵效果越好;石蜡沉积受温度影响显著,超声波频率大、热作用明显,有利于解堵;超声波–化学剂复合解堵效果最好。以实验结果为基础,利用自主研制的超大功率超声波矿场施工装置在陕北低渗油田和大庆油田开展了超声波解堵矿场试验,取得了较好效果。 By using the self-developed dynamic simulation experimental apparatus of fluctuating oil extraction technologyand the artificial cores damaged by paraffin precipitation,one should carry out an experimental research onwhich the ultrasonic waves remove drill core precipitation of paraffin,and evaluate the total effectiveness of it.The experiment systemically studies the key points of reflection law,such as,Kinematic parameters,technologicalparameters,reservoir physical parameters,and in the contrast to the ultrasonic waves,chemical,and plugging reXIVJournal of Southwest Petroleum University(Science & Technology Edition) Oct.2011moval effect of ultrasonic waves-chemical.The results show that ultrasonic frequency,ultrasonic power,ultrasonicprocessing time and core permeability can influence the plugging removal effectiveness.The larger the frequency ofultrasonic waves,the longer time the accumulating training time,the better of the plugging removal effectiveness.Precipitation of paraffin is mainly affect by the temperature.The frequency of ultrasonic wave is high,and the heateffect obvious,which is benefit for plugging removal and is the best of ultrasonic waves-chemical plugging removalresult.Based on the experimental study results,field tests are carried out using the self-developed super-high powerfield test device on the low permeability reservoir of Shanbei Progress and Daqing Oilfield,and the results showthat ultrasonic treatment can remarkably promote plugging removal efficiency.
