摘要 如何改善创伤性脑损伤后神经细胞的再生和神经行为的恢复,一直是困扰神经科医生的一大难题。骨髓基质干细胞具有多向分化潜能,在适宜条件下骨髓基质干细胞可分化为神经元和神经胶质细胞,促进创伤性脑损伤的修复。作用机制主要与替代受损细胞、产生内源性细胞因子和促进内源性神经干细胞增殖有关。虽然仍存在一些尚待解决的问题,但骨髓基质细胞治疗创伤性脑损伤仍是一种很有前途的治疗。 How to improve the regeneration of nerve cells and revival of neurobehavior after brain amage is a puzzle to perplex the in Department of Neurology.Bone marrow stromal cells(BMSCs) can differentiate into multiple cells,such as neurons and astrocyte in a suitable condition,which can promote recovery of Traumatic brain injury(TBI).The therapeutic mechanism is concerned with replacement of the injured cells and activation of endogenous repairmen and promotion of endogenous neural stem cell proliferation.BMSCs transplantation is a promising treatment of TBI,though there are still some problem unresolved.
