摘要
教育政策执行研究由最初的自上而下研究模式,途经自下而上模式,发展到今天的多元化时期,相应的方法论经历了实证主义、后实证主义和解释学等发展到当今的受惠于多元化的方法论,教育政策执行的研究在理论上取得了很大进展。
Educational policy belongs to public policy. The study on the implementation of educational policy has passed from the top-down approach, the bottom-up approach to the integrating approach, corresponding to the positivism, post-positivism and hermeneutic, integration of both quantitative and qualitative approach in respect of methodology. Benefited from the integration of both quantitative and qualitative approach, the study on the implementation of educational policy has made great progress.
