摘要
我国台湾地区的原住民教育问题一直备受关注,其升学优待政策是基于积极差别待遇的理念,为弥补原住民长期不利的家庭环境,实现教育公平和社会正义而采取的有效措施。本文从这一政策的历史演变入手,分析了在多元文化教育的背景下台湾升学优待政策改革的最新动向,并剖析了它在实施中遇到的争论激烈的几个焦点问题。
The education problem of local Taiwan Residents has been particularly concerned, and the favored policies concerning their children' s entrance to higher schools are effective measures to change the long-standing unfavorable family backgrounds of the local Taiwan Residents and realize education equality and social justice based on the concept of "a positive treatment to differences". Based on the study of this policy's evolution, the present paper explores its current development under the scene of multicultural education and analyses several focal points concerning the implementation of the policies.
