Analysis on the Problems and Countermeasures to the International Students Education

改革开放以来,我国的来华留学教育有了快速发展,但与美国、日本等发达国家相比还有很大差距。要建立与我国的国际地位和教育规模相匹配的来华留学教育体系,就要提高留学教育的核心竞争力,做好来华留学教育发展规划,投入人力物力加快高等教育国际化步伐,真正使中国成为最具吸引力的留学生留学目的地。

Great progress has been made in China since China introduced the reform and opening-up policies. But there is a great gap between China and the developed countries like USA and Japan. In order to set up an international students educational system matching with our nation＇s political and economic status in the world as well as the education scope, we should enhance the core competitiveness of international education, make a well-planned strategy for international students, and fasten the internationalization of higher education with more investment of human resources and fund, making China to be the most attractive place for international students.
