摘要
传统大功率开关电源存在控制精度低、通讯性能差、智能化、数字化程度不高及未实现网络化控制等问题。在研制数字控制的高频电解电源基础上,设计了基于RS485的触摸屏控制系统及基于CAN总线的远程监控系统。详细介绍了监控系统硬件和软件的设计方法,并在实际测试过程中取得了很好的效果,其设计的正确性和稳定性也得到了验证。
To realize digital and networked control,this paper presents a kind of touch screen control system based on RS485 bus,and remote monitor control system based on CAN-bus,based on the digital control of electrolysis power supply development.The design of hardware and software of bus system are introduced in detail.
