以TCD1208AP线阵CCD为对象,设计了CCD到PC机串口的接口电路。内容主要包括:TCD1208AP驱动电路、输出信号处理电路、采样存储电路和串行接口电路。使用常规元器件完成了电路设计,实现了光强数据的测量,使得此设计具有更高的实用价值。
This paper takes linear CCD TCD1208AP for object,designs the interface circuit from CCD to serial port of PC.Contents include：TCD1208AP drive circuit,the output signal processing circuit,sampling memory circuit and serial interface circuit.Using conventional components complete the design of circuit,achieve spectral data measurements,Makes this design has a higher practical value.
