文化体制改革背景下西藏地区党报事业发展研究——以日喀则报社为分析样本

Research on the Development of the CPC Newspapers under the Background of Cultural System in Tibet Autonomous Region:Taking Shigatse Newspaper House as an Example

西藏地区党报事业是西藏文化事业的重要组成部分,它的发展程度对于西藏文化事业的繁荣与进步有着至关重要的意义。目前整个西藏自治区地方党报发展非常不均衡。经侧面了解,在西藏自治区七地市中,除拉萨、日喀则地区外,其他五个地区党报事业的发展非常落后,与当地经济社会发展水平很不相称,需从地方党报的用人制度,经营理念等方面进行改革和完善。

The Party＇s newspaper undertaking in the prefectural areas of Tibet is an important component of Tibet＇s culutural undertaking and its development level is significant to the prosperity and improvement of Tibet＇s culutural undertaking as well. Recently,the development of Tibet＇s prefecturual Party newspapers is remarkablly uneven. Among seven prefectures under the Tibet Autonomous Region, except for Lhasa Municipality and Shigatse prefecture,the other five prefectures＇ party newspapers have been quite backwarded and not gone smoothly with the local social economic development.
