摘要
可测性是为产品能及时准确地确定其状态并隔离其内部故障的1种设计特性。为了评价系统可测性的好坏,迫切需要1套完整的可测性指标体系,目前国内外可测性研究者未对可测性指标计算提出完善的计算公式。归纳了1套完整的可测性指标的计算体系,利用这种指标计算方法和多信号模型理论自主研发了可测性的软件,实例验证了通过这种计算方法得到可测性指标与TEAMS软件分析结果一致,充分说明了该方法的准确性、科学性。
System testability is a design characteristic of judging the working state of products and ioslating their inside faults exactly.In order to evaluate testability of a system,we need to customize some of the measurable indicators.Testability researchers at home and abroad can not provide an accurate calculated formula for the measurable indicators,a complete computing system for measurable indicators is proposed in this paper.We design the testability software independently by using the index calculation method and the multi-signal model theory,example validates that the measurable indicators which can be obtained by this method of calculation are consistent with the software analysis results,fully explaining the scientific method.
