摘要 介绍了石油钻井下高温高振动环境中大功率电感器的设计,该电感器应用于某BUCK结构500W开关电源。针对外径小于80mm的单个磁芯不能实现当额定电流为10A时电感量不低于1.5mH这一设计难题,本文采用两电感并联分流的设计方法。为增大单个电感的电感量并抑制振动对其影响,设计时利用5个型号为"77191A7"的铁硅铝环形磁芯叠加共绕,中间用直径为10mm的无磁钢棒固定。最后,对电感器损耗及温升进行了估算,结果表明多个磁环叠加提高功率容量的同时也增大了散热面积,可有效降低温升。 A design of high-power inductance which operated in oil drilling with high-temperature and strong-vibration is introduced.The inductance can apply to one 500 watt BUCK switching power supply.As single magnetic core outside diameter less than 80 mm can not reach the minimal inductance 1.5 mH when the current reaches to rating condition 10 A,two shunt inductors were designed in this paper.To increase the inductance and reduce the effects of vibration,each inductor uses five multi-Kool Mu magnetic circular cores model "77191A7" together winded with non-magnetic rod 10 mm in diameter fixation.Finally,inductor power loss and temperature rise were estimated.The result indicates that using multi-circular magnetic core can improve power and increase the heat loss area,also effectively reduce the temperature rise.
