白洋淀水生态综合调控决策支持系统设计 被引量:9

摘要 在充分挖掘白洋淀污染源控制、富营养化与沼泽化治理、长效生态节水及流域综合管理协调相关研究成果的基础上,以流域水生态系统健康和生态安全保障为目标,设计了集水生态系统健康诊断、水生态安全预警与应急、水量调控、污染物控制、淀区净化、综合调控、知识库子系统于一体的白洋淀水生态综合调控决策支持系统,为白洋淀流域的水生态安全保障提供分层次、可视化的决策方案。本文论述了系统的目标、框架、总体功能、以及涉及的关键技术,积极探索了将GIS技术、水量-水质-水生态联合监测与模拟技术应用于流域水生态管理的过程与方法,并指出该系统还需从水文过程—水环境效应的耦合模拟方面加以完善。 Based on the research fruits of the study on pollution source control,eutrophication and swamping treatment,long lasting ecological water saving mechanism,and comprehensive management coordination,a water ecosystem comprehensive regulation and control decision support system of Baiyangdian watershed,including diagnosis of water ecosystem health,early warning and emergence of aquatic ecosystem safety,water quantity regulation and control,pollution control,lake area purification,comprehensive regulation,and knowledge base subsystems,was designed.The system can provide layered and visualized decision scheme for ecological safety guarantee of Baiyangdian watershed.The objective,framework,functions and related key technologies of the system were discussed in this paper.The process and methods for using GIS and water quality-quantity-ecology combined monitoring and simulation to watershed ecosystem management were explored.It was proposed that the system should be improved on coupled simulation of the hydrological process and the water environmental effects.
