摘要
介绍了对于控制通道的时间常数和容量滞后较大,控制作用不及时的温度系统采用串级PID控制实现有效的控制方案,由于它的精确数学模型难以确定,参数整定采用一步整定法取得了较好的效果。实验结果表明,采用串级PID控制效果比单回路在响应时间等方面有了较大的提高,有效的改善控制质量,具有一定的应用价值。
According to the temperature system of long time constant and capacity lags, used cascade PID control system to achieved effective control scheme. Because it is difficult to determine the precise mathematical model, step tuning methods are adopted to achieve good results. Experimental results show that the control quality is greatly improved of the cascade effect than single-loop PID control in terms of time response.
