摘要
多年来,为提高钻机的功率利用率,加速起钻,绞车通常要设置4~6个档位,采用多轴传动结构,总体设计存在着体积大、质量重、运行效率低等缺点。鉴于此,设计了一种基于直流无刷电动机驱动的单轴无级调速绞车,其结构简明,体积小,占地面积小,便于移运。调速范围广,运行效率高,控制简便,机械特性为直线。
For many years, in order to enhance utilization ratio of horsepower of rig and speedup hoisting, the drawworks usually sets 4-6 gears with the multiaxial structure. This increases its volume and quality, and leads to lower efficiency, etc. In view of this, a single shaft drawworks with stepless speed regulation is developed based on Brushless DC motor. It has some virtues such as tailored structure, small volume, small floor area, easy deportion, a long-range of speed, efficient to run, easy to control, linear mechanical characteristics.
