不同刺激剂赫氏培养基对鼠疫菌生长影响的观察

Observation on effect of different irritants in Hershey medium ongrowth of Yersinia pestis

目的观察不同刺激剂对鼠疫菌生长的作用,筛选出理想的刺激剂。方法在原有刺激剂的基础上,新增生长液(破伤风培养基用Ⅰ号溶液),分别加入到赫氏基础培养基上,通过活菌数实验观察4种刺激剂对鼠疫菌生长的影响。结果经实验观察,破伤风培养基用Ⅰ号溶液和10%脱纤维兔溶血无统计学差异(q=0.95,P>0.05),破伤风培养基用Ⅰ号溶液和2.5%亚硫酸钠存在差异性(q=4.47,P<0.05),破伤风培养基用Ⅰ号溶液和0.2%硫酸亚铁的差异有统计学意义(q=5.41,P<0.05)。结论破伤风培养基用Ⅰ号溶液和10%脱纤维兔溶血,对鼠疫菌刺激剂作用优于2.5%亚硫酸钠和0.2%硫酸亚铁。

Objective To observe effect of different irritants on growth of Yersinia pestis so as to screen the ideal irritants.Methods On basis of the original irritants,a new growth-promoting media（tetanus medium solutionⅠ） was added into Hershey basal medium,and the effect of the 4 irritants on the growth of Yersinia pestis was observed by experiment of viable count.Results The experiment showed that,no statistical difference existed between tetanus medium solutionⅠ and 10% defiber hemolysis solution of rabbits（q=0.95,P0.05）,and the difference was found compared tetanus medium solutionⅠ with 2.5% sodium sulfite and 0.2% ferrous sulfate（q=4.47,q=5.41,P0.05）.Conclusions The stimulant effect of tetanus medium solutionⅠ and 10% defiber hemolysis solution of rabbits on the growth of Y.pestis is better than that of 2.5% sodium sulfite and 0.2% ferrous sulfate.
