过程监理确保起重设备品质

本文剖析了我国起重设备制造、安装质量管理的现状,以大型复杂的600t/h桥式抓斗卸船机制造安装质量监理为例,阐述了起重设备制造、安装工程的特点和对保证产品质量与安全的贡献,提出了涉及人身和财产安全的设备必须实行制造和安装监理的建议。

This paper analyzed manufacture, installation quality management status of lifting equipments. Base on the example of the supervision for the large 600 t/h Bridge type grab ship unloader, the article described manufacture and installation characteristics of lifting equipment, and its significant contribution to the product quality and safety. The article suggested that it is necessary to supervise the manufacture and installation process for the products when personal and property safety do matter.
