自动痔套扎术联合外痔小切口切除术治疗混合痔的临床研究

Ruiyun Procedure for Hemorrhoids Combined with Mini-incision Resection for External Hemorrhoids in the Treatment of Mixed Hemorrhoids：Clinical Study

为观察和评价自动痔套扎术（RPH）联合外痔小切口切除术治疗混合痔的临床疗效，本研究采用此方法治疗混合痔60例（治疗组），与同期单纯采用外剥内扎术治疗的60例混合痔（对照组）患者疗效进行对比分析。结果显示，治疗组与对照组的治愈率分别为98．3％和96．7％，差异无统计学意义，P〉0．05；但在手术时间、创面愈合时间、术后疼痛评分及并发症方面，治疗组明显优于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，RPH联合外痔小切口切除术治疗混合痔疗效确切、安全，并发症少、操作简便，值得临床推广应用。

The objective of this study was to investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of the combined therapy of Ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoids（RPH） and mini-incision resection for external hemorrhoids for mixed hemorrhoids. In this study the 60 patients with mixed hemorrhoids received this combined therapy, as treatment group, while another 60 patients alone external dissection ＆ internal ligation, as control group;then their therapeutic effects were compared and analysed each other. As results, in treatment group and control group the curative rate was 98. 3% and 96. 7%, respectively, there was not any statistical difference（ P 〈0.05） ;but,in operative time,healing time of wound surface, score rating of postoperative pain,and incidence of complication, treatment group was significantly superior to control group （P 〈 0.05）. Results show that the combined therapy for mixed hemorrhoids has such advantages as certain therapeutic effect, safety, less complication and simple manipulation, thus it is worthy to be popularized.
