高压氧对肛肠病术后创面修复的影响

Impact of Hyperbaric Oxygen on the Wound Surface Repair after the Operation for Anorectal Diseases

摘要 为探讨高压氧对肛肠病术后创面修复的影响,将150例患者分为治疗组、对照1组和对照2组。三组患者术后均给予肛肠外科常规换药、TDP理疗。在以上治疗的基础上,治疗组给予高压氧治疗,对照1组给予珍珠生肌散外用,对照2组无其他治疗。结果显示,治疗组创面愈合时间、疼痛消失时间方面均明显优于两对照组,P〈0.05或P〈0.01;两对照组比较差异无统计学意义,P〉0.05。三组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义,P〉0.05。结果表明,高压氧可明显促进肛肠病术后创面修复。 In order to explore the impact of hyperbaric oxygen on wound surface repair after the operation for anorectal diseases, authors divided 150 patients into three groups:treatment group,control group Ⅰ and control group Ⅱ. The patients of the 3 groups received all routine dressing change of anorectal surgery,and TDP physical treatment, then, treatment group again received hyperbaric oxygen;control group Ⅰ , Zhenzhu Shengji Powder externally; control group Ⅱ , only as blank control. As results, in healing time of wound surface,disappearance time of pain, treatment group was superior to rest two groups( P 〈0.05 or P 〈 0.01) ;there was no statistical difference( P 〉0.05) between control Ⅰ and Ⅱ group;there was no statistical difference( P 〉0.05) in incidence of adverse reaction among the 3 groups. Results show that hyper baric oxygen can significantly promote wound surface repair following the operation for anorectal diseases.
