摘要 织物防风性能是纺织面料舒适性研究的重要组成部分,但此性能的具体测试手段还没有一个统一而有效的方法。基于这一问题,本文采用了气压传感器MS5540-CM来设计织物防风性能测试系统。首先介绍了MS5540-CM的结构、工作时序和接口电路,然后确定了系统的软硬件设计方案,最后基于单片机C8051F350完成了织物防风性能测试系统设计,并编写了PC端的观测界面程序。系统对织物测试结果表明此设计的测试精度在0.5mbar,所以基于气压传感器MS5540-CM的织物防风性能测试系统能够满足高精度测量的要求。 The performance of fabrics windbreak is an important part of textiles comfort researches,but there has been few effective and unified method to measure the performance recently.For this reason,digital pressure sensor MS5540-CM is used to design the measuring system.Firstly,MS5540-CM's structure,working schedule and I/O connecting circuit are introduced respectively in this paper,then a scheme that how to design the software and hardware of measuring system by using MS5540-CM is presented.Finally,a system based on C8051F350 is designed,and a data observing interface in the PC terminal is programmed.The precision of fabrics measuring result of this system is 0.5mbar,proving that fabrics windbreak performance measuring system based on MS5540-CM meets the requirement of high precision measuring.
