摘要
为了了解化妆品卫生质量,按化妆品卫生规范(2007年版)第四部分对123件化妆品进行微生物检测分析,同时以大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌为阳性菌,对此检测方法进行了初步的考察。结果显示抽验的化妆品卫生质量较好,合格率为100%。但采用常规方法,有48%的化妆品阳性对照大肠埃希菌未生长,有33%的金黄色葡萄球菌未生长,即使把培养基的量增大至500 mL,大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的未生长率依然有10%和5%,因此应该对化妆品检测方法进行方法学验证。
To find out the quality level of cosmetics,according to the fourth part of Hygienic Standard for Cosmetics(2007 edition),microbiological results of the total 123 cosmetics are detected.The quality of cosmetics are satisfactory,the eligible rate is 100%.For testing the efficacy of method,two representative strains of both Gram-negative(Escherichia coli) and Gram-positive(Staphylococcus aureus) microorganisms respectively are used,positive control of 48% Escherichia coli and 33% Staphylococcus aureus of conventional method do not grow.When the volume of nutrient medium is 500 mL,positive control of 10% Escherichia coli and 5% Staphylococcus aureus still do not possible to recover viable cultures.The detection method of cosmetics must be validated.
