摘要
主要研究了合金加热丝材质和绝缘层材质对新型特种加热器性能的影响,分析了不同合金材质及直径对加热器最大载荷及长期寿命的影响,以及不同绝缘材料对表面质量和通电性能的影响,试验结果证明:采用OCr27Al17Mo2合金试制的加热器,其长期寿命性能及最大载荷能力最佳,绝缘层采用单丝直径为5μm的石英纤维,其表面质量及耐温特性最佳。
This paper studied the influence of alloy material and insulating material on new special heater performance, especially analyzed the effects of different alloy materials and diameters of heating wire on maximum load and long-term life of heater and the effects of different insulation materials on the surface quality and the electricity performance. The results show that heaters manufactured with 0Cr27Al7Mo2 alloy have the best performance of long-term life and the maximum loading capacity, and the insulating layer using quartz fibers with 5 μm monofilament diameter has the best surface quality and the thermotolerance characteristic.
