摘要
在济钢中板厂ACC现场采集数据并进行统计,借助MATLAB平台,对影响ACC水冷模型中的换热系数进行了回归分析,建立了水冷换热系数模型。研究表明,利用MATLAB进行二元线性回归得到的水冷换热系数模型与现场实测数据吻合程度高,此模型可为中板厂ACC现场生产提供理论参考。
Collecting and statisticsing data from ACC site of Jigang medium plate plant, based on MATLAB, regression analysis is applied in the model of heat transfer coefficient for water cooling process, building the water cooling heat transfer coefficient model. The study shows that the water cooling heat transfer coefficient model from two line based on MATLAB and the data from ACC site have high degree of agreement, meanwhile the model can provide theoretical references for ACC site of Jigang medium plate plant.
