水冷烟道在钛渣炉中的应用

The Application of Water Cooled Flue to Titaniferous Slag Furnace

对钛渣冶炼过程中的烟气特点进行了分析,介绍了钛渣电炉在设计生产过程中烟道出现的问题,针对出现的问题,分析原因并进行结构上的优化和改进,将原有烟道改为水冷形式,改造后经过运行测试,运转正常,效果良好。

This paper analyses the characteristic of fume comed from titaniferous slag smelting process, also introduces some problems in designing and manufacturing titaniferous slag furnace. In accordance with this problems, we analyze the reasons, giving the optimization and improvement method, reforming the existing flue into water-cooled type. After revamping and testing, it operate normally, getting a good effect.
