摘要
采用化学成分分析、低倍检验、金相检验、能谱分析以及显微硬度测试等方法对某42CrMoA钢锻件内部裂纹产生的原因进行了分析。结果表明:42CrMoA钢锻件的内部裂纹属氢致白点裂纹;由于该锻件锻造后去氢处理不及时,加上锻造不良产生的枝晶组织促进了氢分子在锻件内部的扩散,导致了微裂纹的萌生和扩展。建议42CrMoA钢锻件在锻造后及时进行去氢热处理,锻造时适当增加锻造比,改善材料的组织。
The failure cause on interior cracks of 42CrMoA steel forging parts was investigated by means of chemical compositions analysis, macroscopic inspection, metallographic examination, energy spectrum analysis and micro-hardness test. The results show that the interior cracks of 42CrMoA steel forging parts belonged to hydrogen white flake cracks. Because dehydrogenation treatment was not in time after forging and defective pinetree structure after forging promoted hydrogen diffusion in the forging. Shatter cracks were initiated and expanded. The suggestion was that dehydrogenation treatment should be in time after forging and forging parts need increasing forging ratio to improve the material structure.
