北京和乌鲁木齐驻军季节过敏性鼻炎流行病学调查的比较 被引量:4

摘要 目的比较北京、乌鲁木齐驻军季节过敏性鼻炎患病情况。方法通过临床病史、皮肤点刺试验及过敏原特异性IgE抗体检测,对两地季节过敏性鼻炎患病情况进行分析。结果 (1)驻乌部队季节过敏性鼻炎患病率(9.3%)显著高于驻京部队(1.2%,P<0.05)。(2)两地区当地郊区驻军患病率显著高于市区。(3)两地区过敏性鼻炎合并哮喘症状患者北京12例(1%),乌鲁木齐112例(5%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论乌鲁木齐驻军季节过敏性鼻炎患病率高于北京驻军;由鼻炎引起的哮喘症状不容忽视。 Objective To compare features of seasonal allergic rhinitis among soldiers stationed in Beijing and Urumqi. Methods The incidence of allergic rhinitis in soldiers was analyzed by case history, skin prick test, and allergen - specific IgE assay. Results (1) The overall incidence of seasonal allergic rhinitis in Urumqi (9.3%) was significantly higher than that in Beijing (1.2% ,P 〈 0. 05 ). (2) In either city, the incidence was higher in the suburbs than in the urban area. (3) The incidence of asthma was similar between Beijing and Urumqi. Conclusions The incidence of allergic rhinitis in soldiers in Urumqi is significantly higher than that in Beijing. Symptoms of asthma induced by allergic rhinitis are worthy of attention.
