摘要
《金锁记》中的曹七巧与《达洛维夫人》中的达洛维夫人是世界文学史上不朽的文学形象。张爱玲和弗吉尼亚.伍尔夫笔下的这两位女主人公,尽管生活在不同的时空,但他们的经历与命运却惊人地相似。通过比较他们各自的婚姻、与周围人尤其是女性的关系、最后结局等,尝试对女性当时共同的、无法逃避的命运进行文化症候意义上的诠释。
Cao Qiqiao and Mrs.Dalloway are the outstanding literary characters in the history of Chinese and foreign literature respectively.The two protagonists,created by Eiling Chang in The Golden Cangue and Virginia Woolf in Mrs Dalloway,shared the same experiences and fates though they lived in different societies and period of times.A contrast is made revolving around their marriages,relationships with others,especially with women,and their final results.It tries to analyze women＇s common and inescapable fate from the cultural perspectives.
