摘要 受传统文化的影响,人们对男女性别角色的定位在社会分工、责任承担、发展定位和培养方向等方面都有所不同。如果过分关注这种差异而造成性别角色刻板观念,则会对幼儿的身心成长带来消极影响,主要表现为个人发展定位畸形化、性格品质发展不平衡、职业取向狭隘化三个方面。基于性别角色差异的幼儿园教学指导策略是:树立正确的性别差异发展观,创设有利于儿童性别差异发展的环境,选择恰当的方法进行合理有效的评价。 Influenced by the traditional culture,people have different views on gender roles in social division of labor,responsibility sharing,development positioning and training direction.This difference is inevitable to some extent,but overestimating the differences will result in stereotyped gender role,and have great negative influences on the physical and mental development of children,mainly reflecting in three sides: abnormal personal development,should be,unbalanced development of character quality and narrow professional orientation.To solve the problem,this article proposes some instructional strategies in the kindergartens based on difference of gender roles,including establishing correct concept of gender difference,creating an environment to promote the children's development of gender difference and choosing right methods to make a reasonable and effective evaluation.
