边境地州农牧区县市实施课改和推进双语教学的情况一直是自治区关注的重点。新疆维吾尔自治区教育科学研究所课改与双语教学调研组采取了城乡对比的方式,对塔城地区裕民县等三个边境县市课改与双语教学情况进行了调研,客观地指出了存在的问题,并有针对性地提出有效解决问题的对策和建议,具有普遍的指导意义。
