摘要
学校的管理者要在反思以往教师管理制度的基础上,根据基础教育课程改革的要求,在教师管理的制度立意、组织变革、发展规划、激励人心、促进沟通等方面进行重建,实现教师管理制度从学校生存到工作绩效,从工作绩效到教师幸福的转变,最终实现教师、学校和基础教育课程改革的共同发展。
According to the requirement of the innovation of the basic education, school administrators are supposed to reconstruct the teacher administration system in the aspects of development plan, reform, reward and promotion of communication. The system should shift from school survival to performance, from work per- formance to teacher" professional well -being, and achieve the common development of teachers, school and basic education innovation.
