摘要
文章以新疆教育学院全日制师范类在校生为研究对象,采取实证研究的方法,从职业认识、职业情感、职业意志、职业期望、职业价值观、职业行为等六个方面研究新疆教育学院师范类学生对教师职业认同的整体状况,并提出对策建议。
Based on an empirical research and taking the full - time students subjects, this paper makes an investigation into how those students identify following aspects : knowledge, expectation, value, behavior concerned with in Xinjiang Education Institute as with teaching profession from the teaching profession. Suggestions and countermeasures are also provided in the paper.
