Difficult Position and Breakthrough of Ethics in High Technology Perspective

长期以来,受科学价值中立说的影响,人们认为科学探索宇宙的事实知识,伦理探求人类社会的价值知识,两者毫不相干。近代科学与技术的结合,发生了翻天覆地的变化,特别是现代高科技的发展,对人类伦理道德提出了严峻的挑战,人类应该重新审视科技和伦理的关系,走出科学价值中立说,将真引向善,让科技真正为人类造福。

For a long time,it has been considered that there is no relationship between the scientific exploration of the objective reality and the study of ethics and value in human society influenced by neutralism of scientific value.With the combination of modern science and technology,in particular,the development of modern high-technology is a great challenge to the ethics.Thus,we should reconsider the relationship between technology and ethics and reject the neutralism of scientific value in order to let technology bring benefit for mankind.
