摘要
研究通过借用Popsub 0.74软件改编影视材料中的全字幕为关键词字幕调查关键词字幕对学习者附带词汇注意的影响。结果表明,关键词字幕要比全字幕呈现方式更能有效地促进受试的附带词汇注意;关键词字幕词出现的频率更能引起学习者对词汇的附带注意,而全字幕出现的词汇频次不会引起学习者对词汇的附带注意;学习者的英语水平对词汇附带注意无显著影响。
By applying the software Popsub 0.74 to revise the full film subtitles into Key words subtitles,this study intends to investigate the influence of the keyword subtitles on the incidental vocabualary notice.The results indicate that the keyword subtitles will be more effective to cause learners to notice selected vocabualery items than the full film subtitles,the keywords which appear more often will be more likely to be noticed than the full film subtitles,there is no apparent significance between the high English proficency students and low English proficency students on the incidental vocabualary notice.
