土建类大学毕业生价值观调查研究

摘要 选择北京大学国情研究中心编制的《2007年全国公民价值观状况调查问卷》[8]中的部分问题,采用问卷调查的方法,对436名2011届土建类部分专业的大学毕业生进行价值观调查。对调研数据采用数理统计和多尺度降维方法进行相关性分析。结果表明:土建类毕业生大多具有较高的爱国热情和民族自豪感,对社会、政治、科技进步和人生等问题具有较高的兴趣和较为一致的认识,家庭幸福和事业有成是大多数学生的最重要的生活目标。对于不同的专业、性别、生源地、消费水平、籍贯以及是否为独生子女,施瓦茨提出的10个基本价值观之间的相互关系存在较大的差异,说明这些因素对大学生的价值观有较大影响。整体而言,土建类毕业生价值观具有聚集性特点,学生普遍地不倾向享乐主义和追求财富的价值观,其中成就价值观的分布与国外大量研究得出的价值观相互关系有较大差异,这可能是中西方文化中对成就观的理解不同所致。研究方法和结果对于大学生价值观的调研和培育具有一定的参考作用。 The values of 436 college students of 3 majors in civil engineering graduated in 2011 were investigated by using the questionnaire method,where the questions were mainly selected from the 'World Values Survey,China 2007'([8])designed by Research Center for Contemporary China of Peking University.The research data were then analyzed by statistics and non-metric dimensional scaling method.The results showed that these students had positively patriotism and national pride,and were very interested in society,politics,science progresses and life meanings with the similar understandings or opinions.Happy family was the primary life goal only followed by career success for the most students.The relationships among 10 basic values defined by Schwartz were much different for students with different majors,genders,residences before college life,consumptions,provinces,one-child or multi-child families,which indicated those factors have some impact on the values of the students.For the whole sample,10 basic values of civil engineering students newly graduated from university had the characteristics of clustering.Hedonism and power were negatively related to the other values,and the distribution of achievement value was much different from the structural relationship proposed by Schwartz and testified by many other overseas researches,which might be attributed to the deferent understandings of achievement between the Eastern culture and Western culture.The methods and results could be referred to the research and education for college students.
