尿分析仪和显微镜检测尿白细胞结果的分析

摘要 目的:通过两种方法对尿液中白细胞进行检测,以提高尿液检测的准确度,并找出导致测定误差的因素,以便为更好的临床诊断提供可靠的依据。方法:采用韩国生产的URISCAN S-300尿自动化分析仪和显微镜分别对800例尿液进行检测,并对检测结果进行分析。结果:尿自动化分析仪与镜检所检测的白细胞结果符合率,(-)为60.1%(194/323);(±)为58.2%(98/168);(+)为51.3%(68/133);(++)为47.6%(47/98);(+++)为40.3%(31/78)。结论:两种方法相结合是提高检测结果准确性的重要保证,应引起广大检验工作者的高度重视。 Objective: Through the two methods of white blood cells in urine test, in order to improve the accuracy in urine testing, to find out the measure error factor and better provide reliable basis for clinical diagnosis. Methods: The production used South Korea URISCAN S-300 urine analyzer and automation for 800 patients with urine respectively mi- croscope to test, and the detection results were analyzed. Results: The coincidence rate of the urine automation analyzer and the microscope detection on white blood cells, (-) was 60.1% (194/323); (+) was 58.2% (98/168); (+) was 51.3% (68/133); (++) was 47.6% (47/98); (+++) was 40.3% (31/78). Conclusion: The two methods are the key to improve the detection results combined with accuracy, which should arise the high attention of the workers.
