摘要
新药临床试验质量是药品上市后安全、有效的保障,为提高药物临床试验质量,建立有效的质量控制体系,笔者就目前药物临床试验质量控制存在的问题及建议进行讨论,认为药物临床试验质量控制的关键环节在于加强研究者的培训工作,使其从思想上重视药物临床试验;加强药物临床试验的过程管理,确保"三级质控"的实施;加强信息化系统在药物临床试验质量控制中的应用。
The quality control of new drug cilnical trial is the effective guaranty for the pharmaceutical. In order to improve the quality of drug clinical trials and establish an effective quality control system of drug clinical trials, problems and suggestions on how to improve good clinical practice quality control are discussed. The key of quality control of drug clinical trials is to reinforce the training of the researchers and the process management, ensure the inform of the three grade of quality control, and strengthen application of the information system in the clinical quality control.
