阐述了船舶管路系统投入运行前进行化学清洗的必要性。根据设备特点,设计了中性化学清洗的方案和清洗工艺,选择了专用的中性除油除锈剂。清洗结束后,经过检测达到了标准规定的指标。
To describe the necessity of the chemical cleaning of the pipeline system of shipping before running. According to features of the device, neutral chemical cleaning programs and cleaning technologies was designed. The special neutral oil and rust remover were selected. The system was tested after cleaning. The results reach expected standard.
