摘要 通过对金花葵黄酮超声辅助提取工艺单因素和正交实验的研究,获得了金花葵黄酮粗提物的提取工艺参数:80℃下超声30min后,用60%乙醇、料液比1∶40、提取时间75min,提取1次。经分析提取液中黄酮类物质的含量,计算每克原料的黄酮提取量为56.37mg。提取液经旋转蒸发浓缩后用冷冻干燥制得黄酮粗提物的冻干粉,每g金花葵原料可得冻干粉0.097g、黄酮含量为0.0562g,黄酮粗提物的得率和黄酮含量分别为9.7%和58%。 By the studies of Abelmoschus manihot(L) flower flavonoids ultrasound-assisted extraction that using single factor and orthogonal design,the ultrasonic-assisted extraction parameters of flavonoids crude extracts could be obtained as follows: After 80℃ temperature ultrasonic 30min,ultrasonic treatment lasted for 75min with 1∶40 of 60% ethanol,and extracted one time.Calculating the content of flavonoid extract,we could see the amount of flavonoid extraction is 56.37mg per gram of raw materials.Flavonoids crude extracts concentrated by rotary evaporation later obtained its freeze-dried powder by freeze-drying.Abelmoschus manihot(L) flower raw material per gram of freeze-dried powder obtained 0.097g and flavonoid content was 0.0562g,The extraction rate of flavonoids and flavonoid contents were 9.7% and 58%.
