摘要
以芳香族羧酸和乙醇为原料,甲磺酸为催化剂,通过酯化反应合成了一系列芳香族酯类化合物。考察了醇酸摩尔比、反应时间、催化剂的量、带水剂等条件对反应的影响,确定了反应的最佳条件:醇酸摩尔比为6∶1,反应时间6h,催化剂20(mol)%,环己烷为带水剂,产率可达85%-96%。产品经红外光谱表征为目标化合物。
A series of aromatic esters were synthesized with aromatic carboxylic acids and ethanol as raw materials,methanesulfonic acid as catalyst.The synthesis conditions were explored,and the optimal conditions were determined as follows: the molar ratio of aromatic carboxylic acids to ethanol was 6∶1,reaction time was 6h,the amount of catalyst was 20(mol)%,cyclohexane as water carrier.With above conditions,the yield of products was 85%~95%.The structure of the target compound was confirmed by IR spectrum.
